1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 488win platform, available at https://488win.asia, and all related services operated thereunder ("488win", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 488win platform, you ("the User", "Member", or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 488win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 488win platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

3. Account Registration

To access the full suite of 488win services — including cricket betting, slots, and the live casino — you must register a user account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) 488win account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 488win login credentials. 488win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

488win processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supports a range of payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability and applicable limits at any given time.

• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and may be updated by 488win at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal method's availability and verification requirements.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed through 488win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event, as displayed on the platform at the time the bet or wager is placed. The following general rules apply across all 488win products:

• Bets and wagers are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, unless 488win expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances (e.g., voided events).
• 488win reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where technical fault, manipulation, or abuse is identified.

• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. Stakes from voided bets are returned to the User's account balance.

488win may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. Unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 488win platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems, including but not limited to unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or the use of bots and automated scripts.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Registering multiple accounts or accessing the platform on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's account without their express consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 488win platform are the exclusive property of 488win or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 488win content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 488win and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

488win's aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Closure

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
